Mohammed Farooq is the CEO and Chairman of the board of Gravitant, Inc. Mohammed is a business and technology veteran with 16 years of IT experience and is a seasoned executive with over 12 years of direct experience in building early-stage companies and managing technology strategy for multi-billion dollar enterprises. At Gravitant, Mohammed manages strategic direction, sales, marketing, product planning, business development and finance.

Raghunath Sapuram is Chief Technology Officer and a Gravitant Board member. He is a technology veteran with 26 years of experience in software product development, delivery and research. At Gravitant, Raghunath's responsibilities include product technology strategy, strategic technology/business alliances, solution delivery and product innovation (R&D). In addition to managing technology development at Gravitant, Raghunath provided technology strategy and application architecture services at Texas Health and Human Services Commission for over 4 years.
Robert Erickson, EVP of Product Management
Robert Erickson is EVP of Product Management and a Gravitant Board member. He is a business and technology veteran with 17 years of IT experience and a seasoned product manager and marketing professional with 12 years of successful product definition and commercialization experience. At Gravitant, Robert is responsible for collecting, analyzing and prioritizing the market requirements for the product line based on direct customer feedback, trends in the industry and competitive products.

Dr. Ilyas Iyoob is the Sr. Research Scientist and the Director of Advanced Analytics at Gravitant. He is in the forefront of developing Cloud Analytics and has worked closely with IT professionals in an effort to provide strategic and tactical decision support to the office of the CIO. He holds multiple patents in Cloud Analytics and many of his algorithms have been productized and are currently in use at a number of Texas State Agencies. He has been published in IEEE and his work has been presented at IERC and INFORMS.
Dr. Emrah Zarifoglu, Operations Research Scientist of Advanced Analytics
Dr. Emrah Zarifoglu is the Operations Research Scientist in Advanced Analytics at Gravitant. He is a frontier in cloud transformation efforts and builds optimization and analytics frameworks for Cloud Analytics and has worked closely with IT professionals to help them in the anaylsis and solution of their IT supply chain problems. He holds a number of patents in Cloud Analytics and his work is currently in use at a number of Texas state agencies.
